Bar & Waiting Team Member – Social Sticks, Worcester

About Social Sticks Social Sticks is excited to bring our high-energy socializing, great drinks, and vibrant, activity-led entertainment to our brand-new venue in Worcester! We are all about creating memorable, fun experiences for our guests, and our front-of-house team is the heart and soul of that energy.
We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and hardworking Bar and Waitstaff to join our founding Worcester team. Whether you’re pouring drinks behind the bar, serving guests on the floor, or helping out with our social activities, your energy will set the tone for the entire venue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering Great Service: Serving food, drinks, and delivering top-tier hospitality with a smile in a fast-paced environment.
- Working the Floor & Bar: Keeping table service prompt, bars fully stocked, and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Creating the Vibe: Engaging with guests, making recommendations, and ensuring everyone having a great time at Social Sticks.
- Teamwork: Supporting your managers and team members during busy shifts to keep operations running smoothly.
- Upholding Standards: Following health, safety, and hygiene guidelines, as well as responsible alcohol service standards at all times.

- Reliable & Proactive: A great team player who spots what needs to be done and jumps in to help.
- Experience (A Plus, Not Essential): Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or customer-facing role is great, but full training will be provided—the right attitude is what matters most!
- Local Advantage: Being based in or near Worcester with easy travel options for evening and weekend shifts.
