Role Summary
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team in the manufacturing/construction industry, supporting three established brands within the group.
You will be creating compelling marketing collateral and digital assets across both B2B and B2C audiences, while helping maintain consistent, distinctive branding for each company.
Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, you'll manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, from product literature and datasheets to social media assets and website graphics. You will also support short-form video content, from storyboarding through to filming and editing - a varied, hands-on role for a proactive, organised designer with creative vision and drive.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing collateral across three group brands, including product literature, brochures, and datasheets for a combination of B2B and B2C audiences
- Create digital assets for paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring style is adapted appropriately for B2B vs B2C demographics
- Support website and online listing updates with on-brand imagery, infographics, and UI elements
- Evolve and maintain brand guidelines across all three brands, ensuring visual consistency while allowing each to have its own distinct identity
- Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and other senior stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into finished creative
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritising workload against campaign deadlines
- Liaise with external print suppliers where appropriate
- Storyboard and support in producing short-form video content alongside the Content Marketing Executive, and sometimes external videographers, for multi-channel use
Experience/Skills
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design role, with experience in both B2B and B2C environments a plus
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience designing for both print and digital formats
- Understanding of brand guideline development and multi-brand consistency
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and brands simultaneously
- Good communication skills, comfortable taking briefs directly from stakeholders across three companies
- Experience filming video content, with either a smartphone/DSLR, is desirable
- Proficiency in video editing software is a plus (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Rush, CapCut, or similar)
- Basic motion graphics skills (e.g. After Effects), desirable but not essential
