We are recruiting for a Project Manager.
Key Areas of Responsibility: You will be carrying out the following –
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Co-ordinating of all site disciplines
- Overseeing the procurement process
- Managing plant and materials
- Producing programs - long term / short term / detailed including the ability to report against any slippages / gains
- Managing Subcontract and direct labour workforces
- Correct requisitioning of materials
- Project meetings - attending client meetings and client facing in all aspects
- Monitoring and reporting on budgets and cash flow
- Contract administration
Requirements:
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Previous experience
