Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Resettlement worker to join the Kenward Trust Residential Resettlement team to work across residential projects in Kent and East Sussex. Our supported accommodation helps people maintain recovery, rebuild independence, and move towards long-term stability.
Who this service is for
This service is designed to support:
- People leaving residential rehabilitation
- Individuals leaving prison or hospital
- Those at risk of homelessness
- People who are not yet ready for fully independent living
We are looking for candidates with experience of working within related sectors such as: Drug and alcohol treatment, Homeless or Housing, Criminal Justice.
Do you have experience of working with Supported Housing management?
Do you have experience of effectively helping people rehabilitate and resettle?
Are you experienced with effectively dealing with complex and challenging situations?
Do you have any knowledge of the benefits system, including housing benefits?
