Moxie People are working with a well-established South West housing and care provider to recruit a Planned Maintenance Surveyor to strengthen their Asset Management team. About the role
You'll lead the delivery of planned maintenance and capital investment programmes across a diverse housing portfolio. Working closely with contractors, colleagues, and residents, you'll take projects from planning through to completion, ensuring homes are well maintained, compliant, and provide excellent value for money.
This is a role where you'll influence how investment programmes are delivered, improve systems and processes, and help create homes that support people to live well in later life.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Managing planned works and capital investment programmes from scoping through to completion
- Working closely with contractors to ensure quality, safety, and value for money
- Carrying out property assessments and contributing to long-term asset planning
- Monitoring project progress, budgets, and performance targets
- Ensuring works meet compliance standards and organisational policies
- Engaging with residents, keeping them informed and supported throughout works
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality housing services
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and project documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement across the asset management function
