FitzRoy Supported Living in Nottingham provides care and support for adults aged between 35 and 60 with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. - Supporting people to access activities and the local community
- Working with individuals to identify and achieve personal goals
- Promoting a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle
- Responding calmly and confidently to challenging situations
Experience supporting people with challenging behaviour or forensic histories would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training is provided.

About Us
FitzRoy is a national charity, set up 60 years ago by brave parents as a pioneering alternative to institutional care. Their values remain the values of FitzRoy today – we see the person, we are brave and we are creative – and they thread through everything we do.
We support hundreds of people with a range of needs. You could be supporting someone with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries or mental health support needs. Many of the people we support also have physical impairments or other health issues. Working for us will give you an opportunity to learn, to grow and to transform lives. Join us today.
Disclosure of Criminal Record
Because this post involves regulated activity with adults at risk, it is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions Order 1975). You must therefore declare all convictions, cautions, reprimands, and warnings — including those that would otherwise be considered “spent” — except for those defined as protected under the DBS filtering rules.
Having a criminal record does not automatically prevent employment with FitzRoy. Each case will be considered on its own merits, taking into account the relevance to the role and safeguarding requirements
