About The Role
As a Corporate Security Officer with Provincial, you will be integral to maintaining the safety and security of a professional corporate environment. Operating on a Monday to Friday schedule, you'll work collaboratively within a team, reporting to a Security Supervisor, to deliver exceptional security services.
Your key responsibilities will involve:

Serving as the professional first point of contact for all visitors and employees, managing their welcome and direction according to SOPs.

Overseeing access control, including ID badge issuance and ensuring adherence to access policies.

Utilising expertise in building geography and local amenities to assist all inquiries.

Operating and monitoring advanced security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and managing communications via IT systems, phones, and emails.

Conducting proactive patrols, identifying and responding to suspicious activities, and escalating incidents to leadership.

Maintaining meticulous records for comprehensive weekly and monthly security reports.

Executing critical emergency response procedures to safeguard all personnel during crisis situations.

Actively participating in fire drills, life safety system maintenance, and contributing to procedural enhancements.

Ensuring rigorous compliance with all client and Provincial SOPs, alongside continuous engagement in training and audit processes.
Required Qualifications:

Valid First Aid certificate

Current Security Guard SIA Licence
