Weatherproofing Advisors is a national Roofing, Cladding and Scaffolding company with locations in Glasgow, Newcastle, Merseyside, London, and Bristol. We are currently recruiting for the following position:
· Roofing Operatives for our Glasgow Branch,
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial roofing systems.
- Work with single-ply, built-up felt, metal sheeting, cladding, and roofline products.
- Carry out roof inspections and identify defects.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Work at height and in varying weather conditions.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial roofing.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Ability to work safely at height.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
Desirable:
- IPAF, PASMA, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with cladding and sheeting systems, felt systems and single ply systems.
- First Aid qualification.
The salary is very competitive and is based upon experience.
