At Bright Life Living, we are looking for an experienced, passionate, and ambitious individual to join us as a Registered Children's Home Manager within one of our children's residential homes supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will provide effective leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance are maintained at all times.
You will lead and inspire a team dedicated to supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs, helping them to build resilience, develop positive relationships, and achieve their full potential.
You will be responsible for creating a stable, therapeutic, and nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes, supports emotional wellbeing, and helps young people overcome barriers to success.

Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a children's residential care setting
- Previous management or deputy management experience within children's residential services
- Experience supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding practices
- Experience preparing for and participating in Ofsted inspections
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- A child-centred, trauma-informed approach to care and support
