The Role
We are looking for a friendly, motivated and ambitious telesales driven individual to join our Milton Keynes studio as a Trainee Telesales & Sales Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to build a career in the photography sales industry, with a structured progression path and full training provided. The ideal candidate will be a people person who loves talking to customers on the phone and face-to-face, demonstrates strong empathy, is savvy and resourceful, and is highly driven to close sales and achieve results.
You journey will begin in a purely telesales capacity, supporting the photographers and fine art consultants to ensure diaries are full and clients are booked for photoshoots. Over time (once baseline metrics are met), you will start to receive cross-training in sales and client consultation, with the opportunity to develop into a Fine Art Consultant role in the future, managing your own diary and helping clients build stunning wall art for their homes (while striving to meet telesales and sales targets).
Please be aware that a key part to being a Fine Art Consultant is making calls; productively calling B2C leads and booking clients into the shooting diary, and building a rapport ahead of their experience at Zen Shots.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualified leads to convert the lead into a booking in the photography diary.
- Deliver excellent customer service, building rapport and ensuring a professional client experience.
- Work towards individual and team targets with enthusiasm and persistence.
- Take part in cross-training to learn sales techniques and the fine art consultation process.
- Future career progression - to manage filling your own diary, carrying out discovery calls, leading client consultations, and selling bespoke artwork.

- Prior experience with telesales, customer or sales is ESSENTIAL.
- As this is a retail business you will be required to work 1 or 2 weekend days
