What you'll be doing
As a Junior Room Leader, you'll support the Room Leader in creating an inspiring, nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.
You'll: Help lead exciting learning experiences and activities
- Support the day-to-day running of the room
- Be a role model for colleagues and children alike
- Build positive relationships with families
- Help maintain high standards of care, education and safeguarding
- Develop your leadership skills with the support of our experienced management team
- We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Is passionate about giving children the very best start in life
- Has experience working in an early years setting
- Is confident, enthusiastic and eager to develop professionally
- Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others
- Brings creativity, positivity and a can-do attitude to every day
