In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of employer partnerships, ensuring each account gets maximum value from their apprenticeship programmes while supporting learners through to successful completion.
Core Responsibilities
- Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of employer partners, collaborating closely with them to identify business and talent needs.
- Levy Utilisation: Advise companies on how to optimally utilise their apprenticeship levy and government funding.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build strong, trust-based relationships between employers, learners, and internal training coaches.
- Compliance: Ensure all training programmes meet both internal quality standards and external funding compliance requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage key corporate accounts and client expectations.
- Commercial Awareness: An understanding of corporate training needs, apprenticeships, and the Aspiration Training range of courses.
- Organisation & Administration: Excellent attention to detail for tracking learner progress, data entry, and compliance.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to tailor training pathways to resolve client talent gaps and support business growth.

This role is offered with a salary banding of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on career experience and KPI measures. This is in addition to excellent packages, company benefits, and an uncapped incentive scheme linked to personal performance.
This role is field-based and involves travel to employer partners as required, and company meetings.
