Aspray Limited is looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help drive lead generation, brand awareness and the continued growth of our national franchise network.
This is a role for someone who already knows how to execute digital marketing campaigns and is ready to take ownership of their work. You'll be planning and delivering paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, creating targeted email marketing campaigns, producing engaging content across multiple channels and measuring the results of your activity.
You'll also play an important role in supporting our national network of franchisees with their local marketing, helping them create effective content and make the most of the marketing tools and resources available to them.
Working across multiple brands and audiences, you'll combine creativity with commercial thinking and have the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work on enquiries, leads and business growth.
Aspray is an award-winning franchise network that helps homeowners, landlords and businesses navigate property damage insurance claims. Alongside building our national brands, our marketing team supports franchisees across the UK with their local marketing activity and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on paid activity across LinkedIn and Meta, managing campaigns from initial concept and audience targeting through to delivery, optimisation and reporting.
- Plan and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns to engage, nurture and build relationships with key audiences, including introducers and prospective franchisees. Support the management and development of email databases, segmentation, automated journeys and campaign performance.
- Create engaging content across a variety of formats and channels, including social media content, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, video content, website copy, campaign creative and marketing materials.
- Support franchisees with their local marketing activity, with a particular focus on content creation and digital marketing. Provide practical support, resources and guidance to help franchisees strengthen their local presence and generate opportunities within their territories.
- Monitor, analyse and report on marketing activity and campaign performance, using relevant data and KPIs to demonstrate results, identify opportunities and make recommendations for future activity.
- Contribute to lead generation and brand awareness activity at both national and local level, helping to generate relevant enquiries across multiple brands, audiences and territories.
- Build, test and optimise campaign landing pages, ensuring they provide a strong user experience and are designed to support lead generation and conversion objectives.
- Support the management and development of company websites, including updating content, creating new pages and identifying improvements to user experience, engagement and search visibility.
- Design and produce marketing and sales support materials, including brochures, leaflets, advertisements, presentations, exhibition materials, digital assets and franchisee marketing resources.
- Support organic social media activity across multiple brands and platforms, including planning content calendars, scheduling activity, creating content and identifying opportunities to increase reach, engagement and brand awareness.
- Work closely with internal teams, franchisees and external suppliers to coordinate marketing projects and ensure activity is delivered accurately, on time and to a consistently high standard.
- Keep up to date with developments in digital marketing, social media, content creation and emerging technologies, proactively identifying new ideas, tools and opportunities that could improve marketing performance.
Experience & Skills
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on marketer who is confident managing digital marketing activity independently. You should already have strong practical marketing knowledge and be comfortable taking campaigns from initial idea through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
Essential:
- A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in a digital marketing role, with responsibility for delivering campaigns rather than solely supporting them.
- Practical experience of planning, building, managing and optimising paid social media campaigns, particularly across Meta and LinkedIn.
- Strong email marketing experience, including creating and delivering campaigns, audience segmentation, database management and using performance data to improve future activity.
- Proven content creation experience, with the ability to produce high-quality written and visual content for social media, email, websites, blogs, case studies and digital campaigns.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt messaging, tone and content for different audiences and channels.
- Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret campaign data, measure performance and turn insights into practical recommendations.
- A good understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused digital marketing, including the role of landing pages, calls to action and customer journeys.
- Experience managing organic social media activity, including content planning, scheduling and community engagement.
- Confidence working independently and managing multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with and provide practical marketing support to colleagues and franchisees.
Desirable:
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 and reporting or dashboard tools.
- Experience with email marketing or CRM platforms and marketing automation.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and/or Illustrator, and content creation platforms such as Canva.
- Experience using WordPress or another content management system.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content for digital and social media.
- A professional marketing qualification or marketing-related degree. Aspray will support further professional development for the right candidate.
