Overview
AALCO Dyfed are seeking a dynamic and motivated Multi-Drop Class 2 Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine professional driving with warehouse responsibilities, ensuring efficient delivery and distribution of goods.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 commercial vehicle for multi-drop deliveries across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and secure goods using appropriate equipment.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
- Warehouse duties include picking, packing and stock handling
- Working in a safe manner, always adhering to the Company Heath and Safety Policy and Safe Working Practices.
Experience
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, particularly with multi-drop routes involving multiple stops per day. (Preferred)
- Valid Class II commercial driving license with a clean driving record.
- Valid and up to date Certificate of Professional Competency (CPC) - Required
- Use of a Fork Lift Truck (preferred)
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 07:30 to 16:30
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
