SENIOR BLOCK MANAGER
Remote (London portfolio)
£40,000-£45,000 + Private Healthcare + Pension
Hawthorn Recruitment has been exclusively retained to recruit a Senior Block Manager on behalf of a growing and highly regarded residential property management company.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team managing a prestigious portfolio of high-end residential developments across some of London's most desirable locations, including South Kensington, Bayswater, and Hampstead.
The Role
This is a predominantly remote-based position, giving you the flexibility to work from home/on-site while remaining fully supported by an experienced management team.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 10 residential developments, ranging from boutique blocks of around five apartments through to larger developments of approximately fifteen apartments. The role offers genuine autonomy and the chance to build long-term relationships with leaseholders, residents and contractors.
The successful candidate will attend the company's Oxfordshire office once each week for team meetings and collaboration. As the office is in a rural location, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle - all travel expenses will be reimbursed.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with experienced Block Managers who have:
- 3+ years' residential block management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and professional approach to client management
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- TPI qualifications would be advantageous but not essential
Package
- £40,000-£45,000 basic salary
