Role Overview
We are seeking a talented, local Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team full-time. You will work directly out of our café daily to capture real-time photos and videos, design gorgeous aesthetics, and post high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Content Creation: Shoot and edit high-quality food photography and short-form vertical videos (Reels/TikToks) on the go.
Real-Time Posting: Manage and publish daily posts, engaging stories, and community interactions.
Trend Tracking: Stay on top of viral food trends, audio tracks, and social media formats.
Brand Voice: Write engaging, sophisticated captions that match our high-end luxury brand.
Community Management: Reply to comments and direct messages to build a loyal local community.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 2+ years of experience managing social media and creating content specifically for food, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle brands.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional food styling, photography, and video editing skills is required for consideration.
Equipment: Must own your own content creation gear (e.g., professional camera, iPhone 15 Pro/16 Pro or equivalent, stabilizer/gimbal, and portable lighting). Specific or specialty equipment needs can be negotiated upon hire.
Soft Skills: High energy, independent worker, and a sharp eye for luxury aesthetics.
