Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Driver/Labourer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating delivery vehicles and assisting with various labour tasks around our facilities. Duties
- Safely operate delivery vans and commercial vehicles to transport goods to various locations
- Load, unload, and organize materials or products with care, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory management, packaging, and general cleaning
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations during driving and labour activities
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met
- Support the team in completing daily operational tasks efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar commercial driving role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving vans or similar vehicles preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in a warehouse setting
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and clients
- Warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory handling and logistics
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a physically demanding environment
