FRESH4U PRODUCE LTD is a leading importer and wholesaler of fresh fruit and vegetables, supplying customers across the UK. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Floor Foreman to oversee our night-shift warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, and ensuring the warehouse team operates efficiently throughout the shift.
Working Hours
- Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 9:30 AM
- 6 days per week
- Working schedule: Sunday night through Saturday morning
- This is a physically active role requiring prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the warehouse.
Duties
- Supervise warehouse floor operations during the night shift.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure staff are working efficiently and following company procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse supervisory, team leader, or foreman experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work permanent night shifts.
- Reliable, organized, and capable of managing a fast-paced operation.
- Ability to manage a team effectively, demonstrating leadership and organisational skills
- Physical capability standing for extended periods during night shifts
Pay: £3,000.00 per month
