We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our La Lista communities of vendors and couples across Meta, Tik Tok and Pinterest platforms. We need someone who treats our channels like their own business, has an editorial eye, spots and opportunity, and runs with it.
This role is centred on content curation. With access to an extensive library of imagery and video from our in house brands and trusted partners, we’re looking for someone with exceptional brand judgement who can select the right content for the right moment, maintain a consistent aesthetic, and understand use data and instinct to know what will drive engagement across our channels.
What you bring:
Experience working for an editorial platform, online directory, digital publication, marketplace or lifestyle brand would be highly advantageous.
· 3+ years' experience as a Social Media Manager
· Multi-platform know-how - confident across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Pinterest
· A genuine go-getter attitude
· Hunger to learn and grow - you're never done levelling up
· Sharp analytical mind - you read the data and propose action
· Strategic thinking - you zoom out and build a plan in line with our marketing goals
· Reliable delivery - content goes out accurately, on time, every time
· Creative - confident creating both video content and InDesign design assets
· : European time zone, hands-on experience running paid Meta campaigns, editorial eye and interest in fashion and weddings

· Build and execute plans across Meta and Pinterest

The details: Freelance role, approx. 2.5 days a week. Home-based - work from wherever suits you.
Some travel required: 4x trips to London per year, 1x trip to Italy.
