Position: Part Time Customer Service Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Location: Market Harborough
Hours: 25 hours per week Mon-Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Work within the Customer Service team to response to customer enquiries via phone, email and messaging, with an empathetic and positive attitude
- Assist customers with selecting the right products to match their needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and creativity
- Maintain up to date knowledge of our product ranges and promotions
- Support the Operations team with clear communication
Who we're looking for:
- Familiarity with computer systems and online platforms
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resilient and empathetic attitude to supporting customers
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Team player
- Previous digital/ecommerce customer service experience preferred
