Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure an organised calendar for healthcare providers.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process patient registrations.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth operations within the practice.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Skills
- Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software for scheduling and record management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
