Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout the night. Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment during night hours
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing and promptly report any concerns
- Adhere to care home policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in IT systems for accurate record-keeping
- Sound knowledge of care home standards and practices
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care
