Title: Junior Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst

What will you be doing?
As a Junior GRC Analyst at Kingspan Data Solutions you will play a vital supporting role in maintaining and strengthening our information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance posture.
Working within the GRC team, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of GRC-including internal/external audit readiness, policy enforcement, third-party vendor risk assessments, and facilitating training & phishing across the Division. This is an entry-to-early-career role designed for someone eager to develop a long-term career in security and governance within a global manufacturing and technology group. The position is also responsible for delivering clear, data-driven reporting, producing dashboards and insights that communicate trends, performance, and risk across both training and vulnerability domains. In parallel, the Analyst will maintain visibility of the organisation's vulnerability landscape, track remediation progress and providing actionable intelligence to engineering, service desk, and senior management. Through effective analysis and reporting, the role will ensure vulnerabilities are understood, prioritised, and addressed in a timely manner, supporting continuous improvement in overall vulnerability management.
Key objectives in your role as a Governance and Training Analyst:
Compliance:
Adhere to the Company's compliance obligations, policies, processes, and procedures.
Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures.
Participate in training as required.
Essential Candidate Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
Strong communication skills; comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams
Analytical mind with structured, problem-solving ability
Ability to create and present reports
Desirable Candidate Requirements:
Understanding of Key Risk Indicators & Key Performance Indicators
Experience using a Learning Management System
Vulnerability Management experience is highly desirable
Entry-level certifications or formal education (e.g Relevant Degree, CompTIA Security+, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), ISO 27001 Foundation)
Hands on Familiarity with GRC tools, ticketing systems (e.g Jira, ServiceNow, ManageEngine)
