This is a varied role that combines administration, research, data analysis, client relationship management, and digital project support. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, maintaining CRM systems, producing reports, and supporting website and content-related projects while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online and business research
- Manage and maintain client relationships
- Assist in email campaign creation and management
- Handle general administrative tasks
- Support project managers with day-to-day activities
- Fill and update spreadsheets accurately
- Analyse business, client, and marketing data to identify trends and insights
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Assist with database management, reporting, and data cleansing projects
- Work with technical data sets and generate reports for internal teams
Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Ability to analyse and interpret technical and business data
- Understanding of website content management systems and basic UI/UX principles
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organisation
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- A creative mindset with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working with large data sets and maintaining data accuracy
- Previous administration, media or data management experience (preferred but not essential)
