The Opportunity
You will receive structured, ongoing training designed to develop your sales, communication and business skills from the ground up.
As you progress, there are opportunities to take on increased responsibility, develop leadership capabilities and progress into senior and management positions.
Your progression is performance-led, meaning your development is driven by what you achieve rather than simply how long you have been in the role.
First-year OTE: £28,000 – £35,000
With uncapped commission and clear progression opportunities, high performers have the potential to significantly increase their earnings as they develop.
What We’re Looking For
We are particularly interested in individuals with a background in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment or other customer-facing environments.
More importantly, we are looking for the right mindset.
