Duties
- Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems to oversee all areas of the facility continuously.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activity and preventing theft or vandalism.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms, coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities, incident reports, and shift logs
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, security protocols, and loss prevention techniques.
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining focus on surveillance feeds.
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
- Certification or training in first aid is highly desirable to handle emergencies confidently.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
