A diverse and inclusive SEN school in Twickenham is looking for full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to join their expert team on a long-term basis, with a potential to go permanent if you can impress. There is a great community and ethos around the school and they are looking for passionate and proactive SEN TAs who will work effectively 1:1 with children with additional needs.
The school seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN School Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant team at a special educational needs school located in Richmond upon Thames. This role is essential in supporting pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, aligning with our school's ethos of fostering a nurturing environment where every individual is valued and empowered to achieve their full potential.
The school’s hours of this role are 8.30am - 4pm.
The ideal Teaching Assistant should:
- Have experience or a passion for working with children
- Have awareness of, and ideally experience with SEN
- Be open to providing personal care
- Be flexible, proactive and patient
- Be nurturing and caring in your approaches
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
If candidates impress in a school trial they can be paid up to £110 a day, dependent on qualifications and experience.
