Job Opportunity: Front of House / Butchery Assistant at Hall Farm Butchers
We are excited to announce that Hall Farm Butchers is hiring a Team Member to join our friendly front-of-house team! If you’re passionate about food, love interacting with customers, and have an eye for presentation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
· Assist customers with product selection, provide advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
· Prepare and present products for sale, maintaining a high standard of retail presentation.
· Support with stock management, including replenishing displays and organising products.
· Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness (food hygiene certificate is a bonus).
What We’re Looking For:
· Knife skills - the ability to complete basic butchery. Trimming, jointing and dicing all necessary.
. Previous experience working within the industry is preferable but in house training will be given.
· Excellent customer service skills - you will be a key part of our customer experience.
· Knowledge of food hygiene or a food hygiene certificate is desirable.
· Passion and creativity to help support business growth, product development, and innovation.
· A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong team player.
Job Details:
· Position: Part-time
· Hours: Thursday to Saturday, approximately 25 hours per week, with the potential for overtime (seasonal) and holiday cover.
