Job Description:
We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our outstanding team in Whickham. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of sales experience. Previous estate agency experience is beneficial but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and match their property needs with our offerings.
- Conduct property viewings for sales and rentals.
- Gather and provide feedback from viewings to sellers and landlords.
- Negotiate terms to close sales and rental agreements effectively.
- Regularly update clients on marketing activities and market conditions.
- Support the legal aspects of the sales process.
- Drive new business through property appraisals and networking.
- Identify potential mortgage and conveyancing referral opportunities.
- Promote our brand through social media and other platforms.

Requirements:
- Minimum of one year sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Driving Licence required.
- A proactive approach and a strong team player.
Working Pattern:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday to Friday and every other Saturday until 1pm.
- Time off in Lieu for Saturdays worked
