The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting customers, understanding their requirements, and providing expert advice on our range of products and services. You will play a key role in generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and helping us continue to grow through outstanding service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer appointments and consultations in homes and commercial premises.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable window, door, and home improvement solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations accurately and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers through trust, honesty, and excellent service.
- Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Work closely with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Represent the company's values and reputation at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in window, door, conservatory, glazing, or home improvement sales.
- Strong product knowledge of uPVC, aluminium, composite doors, and related products.
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A commitment to delivering high standards and treating customers fairly.

Job Type: Full-Time / Self-Employed (depending on experience)
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission
Pay: £25,420.00-£40,000.00 per year
