The Cliff Hotel & Spa is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and support the smooth running of our food and drink operations across the hotel.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, ensuring high standards of service across the restaurant, bar, and events. You’ll play a key part in delivering a great guest experience while supporting, guiding, and motivating the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily food and beverage operations across all service areas
- Leading the team during service to ensure a high standard of customer care
- Supporting staff training and development
- Assisting with stock control, and ordering
- Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally
- Ensuring all areas are presented to a high standard at all times
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and approachable
- Confident leading a team in a busy hospitality environment
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Experienced in a similar food and beverage role (preferred)
