About the Role:

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator who can support daily facilities operations, coordinate maintenance requests, manage supplier communication, and help ensure the workplace runs smoothly. You are not just handling building issues; you are helping create a safe, efficient, and professional working environment.
You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, service providers, building management, and operations staff to coordinate repairs, inspections, supplies, workplace services, and facility-related documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, practical, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple workplace tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Coordination: Support the day-to-day coordination of workplace facilities, including maintenance requests, repairs, office services, and building-related tasks.
Contractor and Supplier Management: Liaise with contractors, cleaners, maintenance teams, security providers, and suppliers to schedule work and follow up on service issues.
Maintenance Support: Track reported faults, arrange repairs, monitor completion, and ensure facilities issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Health and Safety Support: Assist with workplace inspections, health and safety checks, risk assessments, fire safety records, and compliance documentation.
Office Services: Support office supplies, meeting room setups, workplace equipment, access arrangements, and general staff requests.
Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate records for maintenance logs, supplier details, service reports, inspections, and facilities-related documents.
Issue Resolution: Respond to facilities queries, escalate urgent concerns, and support practical solutions that keep the workplace safe and operational.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in facilities coordination, office operations, property support, maintenance administration, or workplace services is preferred.
Facilities Knowledge: Good understanding of maintenance coordination, contractor scheduling, workplace services, health and safety checks, and building operations.
Organisation: Strong ability to manage requests, records, schedules, follow-ups, and multiple facilities tasks accurately.
Communication: You can communicate professionally with staff, contractors, suppliers, building management, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: You can identify facilities issues, follow up quickly, and support practical solutions that reduce disruption.
Mindset: You are reliable, proactive, and service-focused. You understand that strong facilities coordination helps create a safer, cleaner, and more efficient workplace.
Pay: £2,700.00-£33,000.00 per month
