The role
- Delivering executive search assignments across Europe and North America
- Conducting talent mapping and market intelligence projects
- Building relationships with senior engineering and commercial leaders
- Managing retained searches from briefing through to completion

- Graduate with excellent communication skills
- Professional and commercially minded
- Interested in innovation, sustainability or technology
