The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and organised candidate to join our busy Maidstone office.
The successful candidate would be an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a penchant for problem solving, roster management, building and maintaining drivers who thrives in juggling multiple jobs at one time helping the team in managing a driver team of 150+.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, energetic team where no two days are the same and a unique opportunity for the right candidate to grow alongside the business
Previous experience in a logistics or automotive background is welcome but not essential.
Responsibilities
· Ensuring service quality and operational efficiency
· Coordinating transport bookings
· Quotation of work to our clients and calculation of assignment fees
· Building and nurturing relationships with our clients
Keys Skills required
· Strong team work with a positive can do attitude
· High energy individual comfortable in a fast paced work environment
· Strong interpersonal and literacy skills
· Keen eye and attention to detail
· Strong time-management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
· Computer literacy with experience in using Microsoft systems and other IT systems
