Full time Chef de Partie required to join our team at this superb AA rosette gastropub with rooms, serving modern British food, using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
As Chef de Partie you will need previous experience of cooking with fresh ingredients in a fast paced environment. You must have a passion for cooking with fresh food, work well within a team environment and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
This position would suit anyone living in the Saffron Walden, Stansted or Bishops Stortford area, or surrounding villages with their own transport.

Salary £30k per annum (plus tips).
