CHEF DE PARTIE
£14.00–£14.50 per hour | Full-Time | Permanent
Due to the continued success and growth of The Woodlands Bar & Grill, we’re looking for two talented and experienced Chef de Parties to join our established kitchen brigade.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate chefs who take genuine pride in their food and want to develop their career within a busy, successful fresh-food restaurant and grill.
THE ROLE
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency our customers expect.
You’ll be involved across:
- Busy restaurant service Functions & private events Afternoon teas Special events & seasonal menus
You’ll work alongside an experienced brigade of seven qualified chefs in a professional, fast-paced kitchen where fresh food, quality ingredients and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a chef in a busy restaurant environment – essential Recognised catering qualification Genuine passion for fresh food and quality ingredients Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to remain calm, focused and organised during busy services Excellent attention to detail High standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene Positive attitude and strong team ethic Reliable, professional and committed approach to your work
