About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Butcher to join our team at Murdoch Allan & Son. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality products, maintaining excellent standards and delivering great customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Cut, prepare, and portion a variety of meats to a high standard
- Prepare, package, and price products to support sales
- Support daily butchery operations and work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain top-level food safety, hygiene, and H&S standards
- Deliver great customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge
Experience & Skills
- Experienced butcher with strong knife skills
- Good knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques
- A solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Reliable, organised, and customer-focused
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
