Duties
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, promoting independence and well-being
- Support the implementation of personalized care plans by following prescribed routines and documenting progress accurately
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance mental health and overall quality of life
- Maintain clear communication with team members, clients, and families to ensure seamless care delivery
- Drive or accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed, ensuring safety and punctuality
- Use IT systems to update records, track care activities, and manage documentation efficiently
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a secure environment for everyone involved
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and colleagues
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely, especially for home care visits or transportation needs
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Knowledge of care plans, health & safety procedures, and basic IT systems used in healthcare settings
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and communicate effectively across diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs

Pay: £20,529.64-£30,000.00 per year
