Support candidates through the volume recruitment process across Warehousing, Distribution and Customer services, liaising and engaging with candidates providing them with an exceptional service and positive experience of Next.
- Provide a highly customer service orientated service to candidates and hiring managers both face to face and over the phone, remaining professional at all times and displaying the core values of Next.

Meet and exceed daily / weekly recruitment targets & KPIs

Give feedback on interview performance to candidates

Manage and respond to internal and external candidates throughout the recruitment process

Provide support for recruitment fairs, open days and other resourcing events

Record via Oracle and recruitment dashboards updates of all candidate activities

Assist with the offer and new starter process and collate required documentation

Prepare and conduct interviews with candidates, making candidates feel welcomed and comfortable in their interview.

Traveling and supporting at other locations to support and cover interviews at other sites such as Doncaster, Dearne, Redhouse and Stadium.

Confidently engage with candidates during the interview and onboarding process to ensure we are delivering the best candidate experience.

Represent Next throughout your role, and ensure you are presentable at all times.

Be accountable for obtaining and verifying Right to Work (RTW) compliance checks.

Maintain legal compliance in all areas including Working Time Directive, Equality Act and Right to Work documentation

Actively support and engage with our Diversity, Inclusion and Equality process, ensuring that every candidate is given equal opportunities throughout the process

Support the various Recruitment mailboxes, dealing with queries appropriately and in a timely manner, escalating any concerns to the relevant Recruitment Advisor.

Flexibly support the wider recruitment team when required

Work closely with the Recruitment Advisor to understand business requirements and weekly SLAs.

Taking on any additional tasks that may need to be completed as delegated by the Recruitment Advisor or Recruitment Business Partner.
