Housekeeper
Location: Penkford Lane, Collins Green, Warrington
Rate of Pay: £13.00 per hours
Are you passionate about creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for older adults living with dementia? We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at our 45-bed residential care home, where dignity, comfort, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across resident rooms, communal areas, and facilities
- Support infection prevention and control measures in line with CQC and local authority guidance
- Work collaboratively with care staff to ensure residents’ comfort and wellbeing
- Respect residents’ privacy and routines while delivering housekeeping duties
- Take pride in creating a homely, safe, and pleasant environment for residents and visitors
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in housekeeping (care home or healthcare setting preferred)
- Understanding of dementia-friendly environments (training provided if needed)
- Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
