As a Front of House Team Member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will utilize your restaurant experience and food safety knowledge to provide excellent service. Your core skills in serving and guest services, combined with your premium hospitality expertise, will enhance the dining experience. Additionally, relevant skills such as time management and basic math will support efficient operations. Join our team to make a significant impact in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately while managing time effectively.
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to hygiene practices and regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Handle payment transactions.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
