Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. Any time after 6pm for 2 hours per night Monday - Friday (flexible on the Friday clean as long as it done before Sunday night.) The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. This role offers flexible hours suitable for those seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality cleaning services in a professional environment. Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform cleaning duties in commercial nursery Setting, including offices, retail and communal areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
