Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of hospitality.
- Lead and motivate team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency in dishes served.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Manage guest interactions to resolve issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production schedules, special requests, and menu changes.
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols across the restaurant to uphold health standards.
Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
- Previous experience in restaurant operations or hotel environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams under pressure.
- Familiarity with serving procedures, hospitality principles, and barista or beverage service is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
