We’re looking for a trustworthy, organised Cleaner to help keep our Castle Street salon pristine, working evenings after close. This is a steady, part‑time role with consistent hours with the added perk of complimentary hairdressing.
Hours and schedule:
6 days a week, 16.5 hours per week
Working Evenings after salon close.
- Monday - Friday 6:45pm - 9:30pm
- Saturday 4:45-7:30pm

Job Description: Cleaner
Location: Collinge & Co, Castle Street, Liverpool L2 9SH
Our newly refurbished salon is on one level comprising of a main salon, private client space, staffroom and 3 toilets.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of the salon via daily and weekly schedules
- Communicating work completed via cleaning-log sheet
- Request cleaning supplies via cleaning-log book
- Receiving feedback via cleaning-log book
- Key holder
Requirements:
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift cleaning equipment repetitively during working hours.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills, self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
- Cleaning to take place outside of salon opening hours and classed as lone working.
Daily Tasks:
- All workstations dry dusted
- Brush and then vacuum all floors, salon, staffroom, dispensary and toilets
- Mop all floors, salon, staffroom, dispensary and toilets
- Vacuum/dust tops of skirting boards
- Clean toilets and sinks
- Empty bins
Weekly Tasks:
- High-level dusting (including light fittings)
- Dust and clean glass of all pictures
- Wipe doors and door handles
- Wipe skirting board tops
Remuneration:
- £12.75 per hour
