Job Title: Part-Time Operations Support Assistant
Hours: 28 hours per week (Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Fri: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
Salary: Competitive (negotiable based on experience) + Bonus scheme

Are you an organized, tech-savvy administrative professional looking for a dynamic role in a growing business? We are a busy cable manufacturing business seeking a dedicated Operations Support Assistant to join our close-knit team and help drive the smooth operation of our shipping department.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter sales orders accurately into manufacturing systems and process customer invoices.
- Monitor order statuses in the workshop and provide prompt, professional updates to customers.
- Support shipping and logistics duties, including consignment tracking and delivery coordination.
- Enter inventory into manufacturing software and assist with stock replenishment across designated locations.
- Perform a broad range of general administrative tasks to support overall company operations and adhere to company policies.
Essential Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar administrative, operations, or logistics-support role.
- IT Skills: High proficiency with computers and software systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and workshop staff.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, capable of staying focused under pressure.
- Mindset & Reliability: A positive, proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Working Style: Equally capable of working independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.
