Bar/Barista Assistant
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This role would ideally suit someone with previous bar and coffee-making experience, although this is not essential, as full training can be provided.
The position focuses on serving a range of hot and cold beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, along with general bar and waiting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving drinks to members and guests.
- Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Cash handling and operating the till.
- Opening and closing the bar and clubhouse.
- Restocking shelves and maintaining stock levels.
- Keeping the bar, lounge, and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
- Working independently and using initiative to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assisting with general hospitality and waiting duties as required.
Hours of Work:
Hours will vary, so flexibility is essential. Applicants must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Minimum 10 hours per week.
