About the Role
We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Customer MI & Reporting Executive to join our Strategy & Analytics team on a Fixed-Term Contract basis.
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering insightful customer and commercial reporting that supports business performance and strategic decision-making. You'll be responsible for producing and enhancing Management Information (MI), developing impactful Power BI dashboards, and providing valuable data-driven insights to Account Management and commercial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
As Customer MI & Reporting Executive, you will:
- Produce, maintain, and enhance Customer MI and Account Management reporting across the business.
- Develop, improve, and manage Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
- Analyse customer performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Support Account Management teams through regular reporting and performance analysis.
- Extract, cleanse, validate, and analyse data from multiple systems and sources.
- Utilise SQL and other reporting tools to prepare data for analysis and dashboard development.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, reporting discrepancies, and dashboard performance concerns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and recommend effective BI solutions.
- Create engaging visualisations and executive-level reporting packs that communicate key business metrics.
- Drive reporting automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests, customer reviews, and commercial projects.
- Document reporting processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the wider team.
What We're Looking ForEssential Experience & Skills
- Previous experience producing Management Information (MI) and business performance reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Experience
- SQL querying and database experience.
- Knowledge of Power Query and DAX.
- Experience supporting Account Management, Commercial, Sales, or Customer Success functions.
- Experience within a customer-focused reporting environment.
- Understanding of KPI development, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement.
