I’m sharing this opportunity on behalf of a respected organisation in the Adult Social Care sector. They are looking for a committed and learner‑focused Adult Social Care Assessor to join their team and support apprentices across Levels 2–5.
The role
- Coach and assess learners throughout their apprenticeship
- Deliver remote teaching and occasional in‑person observations
- Complete reviews, observations and progress reports
- Work with employers to support meaningful on‑programme development
- Prepare learners for EPA
- Maintain accurate, compliant records
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive practice
What they’re looking for
- Experience in Adult Health & Social Care
- Assessor qualification (A1 / CAVA / TAQA)
- Teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS) desirable
- Strong communication and a supportive, learner‑centred approach
- Confident using digital platforms
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
