Salary: £25,000 OTE including tips
Hours: Wednesday–Saturday, 4:00pm–12:30am
Contract: Full-time (4 evenings per week)

Midsummer House is one of the UK’s leading modern British restaurants, led by Daniel Clifford. We are now looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join our professional kitchen team.
The Role
You will support the chefs and wider kitchen team by helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchen areas
- Supporting the chefs and kitchen team where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Following health and safety procedures
- Assisting with waste disposal and organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Reliable and punctual
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
