Care Coordinator
Duties primarily will exist of;
- On Call 1 week in the evening and 1 in 3 weekends (additional pay for On Call)
- Weekly Plotting and Placing of Clients
- Weekly Preparing Runs and staff Rotas
- Supporting Care staff out in the community
- Carrying out Risk Assessments for clients
- Carrying out observations for staff
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
